Hello đź‘‹, I'm Ashton Suire, a Senior Engineer with over a decade of experience in technology, particularly within the cannabis industry. I'm passionate about Open-Source Software and have a deep expertise in Linux, Docker, CI/CD, IaC, and cloud services. When I'm not immersed in tech, you'll find me outdoors skiing, hiking, or camping in Colorado.
My journey began with a curiosity for how technology can drive industries forward, leading me to roles at companies like Rule4 and The Cannabist Company. After a stint focusing on cybersecurity, I'm now back in the cannabis industry, continuing to contribute to innovative solutions. I've helped build and support some of the first cannabis erp and e-commerce platforms. I am still passionate about advancing technology in this space.
Skiing, mountain adventures, and open trails define my free time. Whether it's carving through fresh snow or exploring rugged paths in the Rockies, the outdoors is where I find clarity and inspiration. When I'm not immersed in nature, I'm deep into tech projects or discovering new challenges.
